High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment. Proven track record of outstanding customer service and consistently exceeding sales goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.
