Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Strong motivation and drive to succeed. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physical Demands -The Sales Associate must be able to: Stand for long periods of time. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Climb ladders and step stools. Work in a fast-paced environment.
