High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of retail experience preferred (experience in a high-volume environment is a bonus). Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. A positive, motivated, and goal-driven attitude. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and reaching.
